Excellent program for people at ANY level of fitness, or, if you’re like me, non-fitness! Craig is world-class: he is always well-prepared, and is so knowledgeable that he can provide you with alternative exercises or routines if you’re carrying an injury (although he’s less forgiving if you have a hangover!).
