I never thought I would enjoy outdoor training and not long after a few sessions I was hooked. I was nervous going back to exercise as it had been a very long time, but the trainers eased that transition so well and the group make you feel so welcome. The programme has a great selection of sessions that are balanced to fit all levels. The trainers will teach you the correct technique on each of the sessions involved. Craig and Bron will organise events that are outside the normal sessions for us to enjoy and have fun too. This year I started the running group, that was never on my bucket list but surprised myself how far I have come with my training. Highly recommend to give Acceler8 Fitness a go!

Excellent program for people at ANY level of fitness, or, if you’re like me, non-fitness! Craig is world-class: he is always well-prepared, and is so knowledgeable that he can provide you with alternative exercises or routines if you’re carrying an injury (although he’s less forgiving if you have a hangover!).
